About Me
Therapy can provide a safe and supportive environment leading to a journey of healing, self-discovery, and growth regarding past and current life challenges. I am a therapist who is passionate about working with people on a broad spectrum of issues on this journey. My goal is to develop trust by working collaboratively so you can identify and practice new ways to manage stress, emotional difficulties, and overwhelming times.
If you are struggling with issues related to relationships, divorce, conflict resolution, trauma, depression, anxiety, and addiction, I can provide the support you need to develop coping skills and a positive plan to manage your stressors. I also have 20+ years working with children, specializing in 10 – 16 year olds and can provide individual or family therapy, CCRC/3111 evaluations, or co-parenting counseling for families referred by family court.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, relational, and collaborative yet direct using a variety of techniques that are tailored to meet your needs. Remember, the struggle you are experiencing today is developing the strength you need for “your” tomorrow.
